Filly becomes 13th Group winner for her sire. Village Voice became the third Stakes winner for Zarak in just eight days when winning the Gr.3 Prix de Flore yesterday at Saint-Cloud.

Already a Listed winner earlier this year, when she defeated Saturday’s Gr.1 British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes third Jackie Oh in the Salsabil Stakes, the three-year-old was also placed third in the Gr.3 Eyrefield Stakes after a debut victory at two – a feat matched yesterday by another Zarak juvenile, Zaphod.

Zaphod became the third blacktype two-year-old of 2023 for Zarak, following on from last recent Group 3 winner Shagara and Group-placed Saganti, who also finished a close fourth in the Gr.1 Critérium International yesterday.
