Samangan the star over successful Deauville weekend

The Aga Khan Studs enjoyed a successful two days of racing at Deauville over the weekend, with the victory of Samangan in the Prix Maurice de Gheest the crowning glory. It was a first win in this Group 1 sprint contest for the green-and-red silks, with Samangan battling tenaciously to keep his lead from two furlongs out.
