Sea The Stars will stand at €135,000 and Siyouni will be at €100,000. European leading sires SEA THE STARS and SIYOUNI both enjoyed another stellar season in 2018.

The former will stand at €135,000 (1st October), unchanged from this year. His daughter Sea Of Class has been a remarkable advertisement for her sire, winning the Gr.1 Irish and Yorkshire Oaks and finishing fastest of all to place second in the Gr.1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. His son Stradivarius remained unbeaten in five Group races this year and won the first edition of the Weatherbys Hamilton £1 Million Bonus while his other top class performers included multiple Group 1 placed Crystal Ocean and Group 2 winner Knight To Behold. The future looks bright for the Gilltown Stud-based sire, who has produced his highest number of two-year-old winners this season.

...

Harzand will stand at €10,000.

SIYOUNI’s fantastic run of success continued this year with his daughter Laurens, from his last crop conceived at €7,000, winning four Group 1s in three different countries. She is one of 24 horses by Siyouni to have won or placed at Stakes level in 2018 and the Haras de Bonneval sire will stand at €100,000 (1st October) next year.

Meanwhile, young stallions HARZAND and DARIYAN have seen their first foals born this year. The former will stand at €10,000 (LF) while the latter’s fee will be €8,000 (LF). The sons of Sea The Stars and Shamardal respectively were well supported by breeders and their first crop features siblings to Gr.1 winners Zarkava and Jet Setting in the case of Harzand, while Dariyan is the sire of siblings to 2018 Group winners Vazirabad, Lily’s Candle, Anodor, etc.

...

Dariyan will remain at €8,000.

Haras de Bonneval’s new recruit ZARAK was well received and covered a full book of 133 mares, featuring Group 1 winner Shareta, Group 1 placed Shankardeh as well as sisters to Laurens and Charm Spirit. The son of Dubawi and Zarkava will stand at the unchanged fee of €12,000 (LF).
