Siyouni will stand at €140,000, the fees are unchanged. The Aga Khan Studs are pleased to announce the fees for their five Irish and French-based sires for 2021, and would like to take this opportunity to thank breeders for their continued support during the current difficult global context.

Gilltown Stud’s Arc hero Sea The Stars accomplished another fine season in 2020, highlighted by the Classic victory of Miss Yoda in the German Oaks and he remains one of Europe’s leading sires with ratios of 12% of Stakes winners to runners and 66% of winners to runners. The son of Cape Cross and blue hen Urban Sea will stand again for a fee of €150,000.

Harzand

With five Group 1 victories and a second position in the European sires’ rankings, Siyouni has enjoyed spectacular results in 2020. His versatility was demonstrated by the range of his Group 1 wins, from Sottsass’ Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe to St Mark’s Basilica’s Dewhurst Stakes, and also featuring Classic glory for Dream And Do. The fee for this Haras de Bonneval stallion has been fixed at €140,000 for the forthcoming season.

Harzand stands alongside his sire Sea The Stars at Gilltown Stud and the young sire made a promising start with several successes from his first juveniles, including the highly rated Port Sunlight and French Fusion in Ireland. The handsome dual Derby winner’s progeny will certainly continue to progress at three years old and he will be available once again for a fee of €8,000.

Zarak

The blue-blooded Dariyan made an excellent start with his first juveniles on the track, including numerous winners and two black-type performers in France. The Group 1 winning son of Shamardal and Group 1 scorer Daryakana will stand for unchanged fee of €8,000 at the Haras de Bonneval.

Son of Dubawi and the invincible Zarkava, Zarak was represented by his first yearlings in 2020 and these made a most favourable impression in the ring, realising prices of up to €112,000 and an average of over three times his covering fee, which remains unchanged at €12,000 for 2021 at the Haras de Bonneval.
