Filly finishes a close third in the Prix Saint-Alary. Crown Princesse became the fifth Group 1 performer for her sire Zarak on Sunday, when finishing a close third in the Prix Saint-Alary at ParisLongchamp.

Owned and bred by Haras De Saint Julien and Mme Regula Vannod, the filly justified her supplementary entry for the race, made after her victory in the Gr.3 Prix Cléopâtre at Saint-Cloud last month.

She is one of seven horses by Zarak to hold an entry in the Gr.1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, making him the second most represented sire at the initial entry stage for the 2023 race.
