Dalmiya is a daughter of Kalanisi and Daltawa, who is none other than the dam of Champions and sires Daylami and Dalakhani, sire of this year’s Prix du Jockey Club winner Reliable Man. Dalmiya is also a half sister to juvenile Group 1 placed Daymarti and Groupe 2 placed Dalghar. This young mare has produced three foals and will be presented in foal to Champion Langfuhr. She will be consigned as lot 90 by St George Sales.
