A half-sister to Champion Three-Year-Old Sinndar, Simawa was a winner and Stakes placed herself. She produced Stakes winner Silwana and Group-placed Summaya for the Aga Khan Studs, before being sold at the Goffs November Sale in 2018 to Outsider BL for €210,000. Not long afterwards, her page was boosted further by the exploits of two more of her offspring - Group winner Sinawann and Stakes-placed Simsir.

Jigme, bred by Yeguada Centurion, was born in 2020. He won five of his six races over obstacles in France, most notably the Gr.1 Prix Cambacérès, and subsequently was retired to stand as a stallion at Haras du Hoguenet.
