Three-year-old Shemda came to the 2017 Arqana Breeding Stock Sale having won one race for the Aga Khan Studs. The daughter of Dutch Art, whose second dam was Gr.1 Prix de Diane heroine Shemaka, was purchased by Badgers Bloodstock for €100,000.

Shemda’s 2021 foal, bred by Epona Bloodstock, was a Night Of Thunder filly named Dynamic Pricing, winner of the Gr.1 Just A Game Stakes in 2025. Her pedigree also has been further upgraded following the exploits of Group/Grade 1 winners Portfolio Duration and Bay Bridge, as well as Gr.1 Sydney Cup runner-up Sheraz.
