Sonaiyla

The Aga Khan Studs consignment is certain to attract interest at the forthcoming Goffs Breeding Stock Sale on 21st December. Indeed at last year’s sale, held in November, Sonaiyla changed hands for €110,000 and she proved to be a highly profitable investment for her purchasers as following a Listed success and Group 1 third in 2020, the relative of Sinndar was purchased by Moyglare Stud for 900,000 Guineas at Tattersalls in early December.

Twenty well bred fillies and mares compose this latest draft and these include proven performers on the track and in the paddocks, featuring some of the most illustrious Aga Khan Studs pedigrees.

Ebadiyla

The prolific family of Group 1 siblings Ebadiyla, Edabiya, Estimate and Enzeli is represented by two winning three-year-olds, lot 933 Ediyva and lot 934 Eshtiya. The former is a daughter of Kingman and the Group 3 winner Emiyna, while the latter, by Dark Angel, is out of the Listed winner Eshera.

Another three-year-old out of training, Shehreen presents an appealing profile as she has shown talent on the track to record one success and fourth places at Group and Listed level. The filly by Iffraaj and Group 3 winner Shareen is a half-sister to Group scorers Shamreen and Shahroze.

By the talented broodmare sire Dalakhani, lot 850 Masiyma is a dual winner and dam of five winners to date including Listed winner Massinga and Group placed Masaff. Masiyma is presented in foal to young stallion Dariyan, sire of two Stakes performers among his first crop this season.
