Hazakiyra, a winning daughter of Camelot out of a half-sister to dual Derby hero Harzand, will be the star attraction of a fascinating Aga Khan Studs consignment for the forthcoming Goffs sale on February 5th. Composed of one gelding and five fillies, the draft offers both racing potential and opportunities to invest in some illustrious bloodlines for breeding.

Successful over a mile and a half in Ireland, lot 430 Hazakiyra hails from an excellent family. The four-year-old filly is out of Listed winning Daylami mare Hazarafa, who is dam of five winners including dual Group 3 scorer Hazapour. Hazarafa is a half-sister to Champion European three-year-old and exciting young sire Harzand.

Hazakiyra (lot 430)

Lots 356 Kartayaz and 449 Karashala are half brother and sister, out of a winning half-sister to dual Group 3 winner and sire Karaktar and also Karezak, runner-up in the Group 1 Future Champion Finale Juvenile Hurdle. By Iffraaj, three-year-old gelding Kartayaz is unraced to date, while the lightly-raced Karashala, one year older, is a daughter of top French sire Siyouni.

The unraced Kadiyama (Born To Sea, lot 448) is a three-year-old filly, half-sister to Listed winner Kadra and from the family of patriarch Kahyasi. Also untried is lot 467 Maziyda, by Australian shuttle sire Sepoy. The filly is a half-sister to five winners and notably Listed scorer Massinga and the prolific Stakes performer Masaff.

Sheranda (lot 513)

Placed twice last year at the Curragh and Listowel, lot 513 Sheranda possesses a pedigree rich in black-type success. By Siyouni, the four-year-old is out of Group 3 victrix Shareen , whose offspring include three-time Group winner Shamreen and Shahroze, a winner and placed at Group level.
