Dabadiyan

The Aga Khan horses presented at Goffs Horses In Training Sale last year have proved to be successful buys for their new owners, with Zand successful in a Listed contest a fortnight ago, Verawal and Tarabiyn both winning their maiden over the jumps by more than eight lengths this year, and the trio of Shadagann, Hasanour and Ridestan all recent winners on the flat for their new owners.

The Aga Khan Studs will present a four-strong consignment at the forthcoming Goffs Horses in Training sale on 23rd October.

Talented Dabadiyan (lot 221) has already demonstrated his ability on the track, winning three races over a mile and a half to 13 furlongs. From the family of Darshaan, the son of Zamindar has also performed well in Stakes contests, notably taking fourth place in the Gr.3 Curragh Cup.

Zarib

A son of the late Azamour, Zarib (lot 222) won his maiden over a mile has been placed twice in July and September this year. His dam Zariziyna, by Dalakhani, is a half-sister to Listed victrix and Group 2 placed Set To Music.

Alyasan (lot 220) is a son of exciting young sire Sea The Stars and winning mare Alaya. This dam has already produced a trio of black-type performers: Alayan successful in a pair of Group 3 events as well as at Listed level, Alarazi, runner-up on four occasions in Group and Listed company and a Listed winner over hurdles and Alaivan, Listed winner on the flat and Group 1 placed over the jumps.

By Cape Cross, Enzani (lot 224) represents the excellent family of Group 1 winners Estimate, Enzeli, Ebadiyla and Edabiya. The gelding is the first offspring of a Listed-placed half-sister to this talented quartet Eytarna.
