Ebasari has placed since the catalogue was published

The Aga Khan Studs valuable maternal lines are always eagerly sought-after and breeders will have the opportunity to invest in two untried fillies with rich pedigrees.

Lot 4 Shebiyra is a juvenile daughter of Mastercraftsman and Group and Listed placed Shebella, dam of a winner, and her page features champions Shahrastani and Recoletos. Lot 5 Zavaliya (Shalaa) descends from the same maternal line as the invincible Zarkava and her stallion son Zarak. The three-year-old is a half-sister to three winners of twelve races in total and her granddam, the dual Listed scorer and Group-placed Zarannda has proved successful in the paddocks as dam or granddam of four Stakes performers to date.

Lot number one in the catalogue, Ebasari, has an update since the publication as he placed third in a ten-furlong handicap recently for Michael Halford, and the son of Lope De Vega is a cousin of Ebaiyra who was an excellent runner-up in the Group 1 Grand Prix de Saint Cloud on Sunday. His third dam is champion Ebadiyla, sister of Group 1 winners Enzeli, Estimate and Edabiya.

Lots 2 and 3, Hakimpour (Muhaarar) and Hamidabad (Oasis Dream), both represent the family of dual Derby hero and young sire Harzand. The unraced Hakimpour is a half-brother to Group scorers Hunaina and Hamariyna.

The consignment is completed by Alvaniy (Iffraaj, lot 6), from the top staying family of two-time Group 1 scorer Alandi. The unraced gelding is out of Listed winner and Gr.2 Curragh Cup third Alveena.
