The three-year-old filly by Mark Of Esteem is a half sister to Group 2 Henry II Stakes winner Akbar, as well as Stakes winner Akhyar. Placed three times this year, she is out of an unraced daughter of Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner Akiyda, herself a full sister to Akarad.

Other popular fillies from the Aga Khan draft included Darabanka, a winning half sister to Darasim, and Karlaka, a Barathea half sister to two Group winners, both sold for €70,000 .

Further fillies and mares from some of the Aga Khan’s most successful families are entered in the Deauville December Sale, which starts on 4th December.
