The progeny of the Aga Khan Stallions have already notched up the first wins of the year. Kahyasi, Sinndar and Daylami have all scored. Sinndar's first winner of 2006 was the Italian bred VINTAGE BOWL, who won over 10f at Naples on 30th January. The 3 yo filly out of Nightlark (Night Shift-Overruled) was bred by Azienda Agricola Loreto Luciani and is trained by Lorenzo Brogi.

Daylami scored yesterday when the Bruno Grizzetti trained GOLDEN DOOR won a 10f maiden at Varese. Out of the King of Clubs mare Inner Door, this 3yo colt was bred by Alduino and Giuseppe Botti. FAHLAWI has already won twice for him in Germany this year, and THAJJA has been Group 3 placed in Dubai.

...

Closer to home, Listed winner SILVER CROSS won for his sire Kahyasi at Cagnes-Sur-Mer. Out of Snowdrop, this 4yo colt will be aimed at further blacktype success by his trainer Didier Prod'homme, having finished runner up to Hurricane Run in the Prix Hocquart Gr.2 last autumn. Kahyasi has had 3 other winners to date in 2006; CORALHASI, VALNURE and ROMBALDI.
