The draft includes over 30 broodmares and fillies by leading broodmare sires Darshaan, Doyoun, Kahyasi, Shirley Heights etc. Full details of their pedigrees and race course performances are available on the SALES section of this website. Lots 1245 to 1257 and 1318 to 1325 sell on Saturday, and lots 1501 to 1507 and 1573 to 1580 sell on Sunday.
It is worth bearing in mind that the dams of 2005 Group winners Shawanda, Proclamation, Septimus, Godfrey Street, Caradak, Hazariya, and Emily Bronte were all consigned to public auction by the Aga Khan Studs. Somewhere in the 2005 draft there is another Shamawna, another Shamarra...
