Two winners in two days for Sendawar

Monday 27 September 2004

Mannsar and Tatoufo provided exciting first season sire Sendawar with two further winners in two days this weekend in France.

Trained by Jean-Claude Rouget, Tatoufo got off the mark on his first attempt when taking the Prix Aramis at Auch by a length on Saturday. His dam is a multiple winner and he is half brother to several winners including the Stakes place Pascarina.

Mannsar, owned and bred by His Highness The Aga Khan, had made an encouraging debut when third two weeks ago. He made his second start a winning one when taking the Prix des Carpes at Fontainebleau in the style of a promising horse. He is out of a half sister to the Stakes winning MASSIGAN.
